A Tale of Two Cities...Avignon and Aix-en-Provence
​I toured two delightful town, Avignon & Aix-en-Provence, where I visited the Papal Palace, Cathedral of the Holy Savior, and more.  Great experience, great memories!
Operation Dragoon: The Allied Landing at Le Dramont
Happenstance can be a wonderful thing - like the day I visited Cannes and Saint-Raphael and happened on a memorial to an event in WW2 I knew nothing of. 
Magnificent Milan
​Jill and I visited Milan - a guided tour of some of Milan's best spots, including Castello Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and the Milan Cathedral.  Magnifico!
Exploring Lovely Sorrento
​Jill and I visited picturesque Sorrento, where we meandered through the streets and alleyways in this delightful town. We learned a bit of its history and absorbed a bit of its culture...and left Sorrento with lots of wonderful memories! 
Two Jewels of Sicily: Mount Etna and Taormina
​With MSC's World Europa docked in Messina, Jill and I spent a delightful day exploring a crater on Mount Etna and the scenic clifftop top of Taormina. We had a wonderful time from start to finish! 
Red Rock Country: On the Road to Salt Lake City
​Debra and I visited Canyon de Chelly near Chinle, Arizona, and then spent the night in Moab en route to Salt Lake City. This was red rock country, and the sights we saw were breathtaking! 
On the Road: Moab to Salt Lake City
​En route to Salt Lake City from Moab, Debra and I traveled along the Dinosaur Diamond National Scenic Byway and across Soldier Pass in the Wasatch Mountains. We loved the scenery...and discovery new things!
