The Icon of the Seas was...AWESOME!
What a treat it was to be among the first guests to sail on the world's largest cruise ship, the Icon of the Seas. And what a ship it was! 40 dining venues and bars, eight themed neighborhoods, three theaters, thrill rides, an artistic kinetic sculpture, and so much more. And all brand spanking new. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Our Perfect Day at CocoCay
Jill and I 'chilled and thrilled' on CocoCay, Royal Caribbean's private island in the Bahamas - not once, but twice on back-to-back cruises. Did we have a good time? No. We had a GREAT time!

Great Memories On Board the Allure of the Seas
On the first of back-to-back three-night cruises, Jill and I sailed on the Allure of the Seas, the seventh largest cruise ship in the world. Our time on the ship was all about R&R, and I have great memories of the experiences we had. Three experiences stand out—Central Park, Scotch Tasting Party, and Chef’s Table—and all were fantastical!
